I went to the souvenir shop 1F, there were a lot of cool traditional souvenirs. The lady attends the store is very nice. I bought an Ocarina which cost 1500yen but the old lady mistaken it with 500yen, glad I noticed😅

Reviewing the shop on the first floor. They have beer! And lots of cool trinkets and souvenirs. My wife came here for a beer and bought a souvenir. The lady tending the store was very nice and helpful. She spoke English as well for the tourists traveling through.

A cafeteria on the 2nd floor of a souvenir shop. I googled Lake Chuzenji+Breakfast and went to a restaurant that said it was open from 9:00, but it was closed (I heard later that it was the off-season and was for groups), and they were just getting ready to open. When I asked the old woman who runs the souvenir shop if there was a place to eat around here, she said, "Wait a minute, if you don't mind the soba udon, I'll call the restaurant staff to serve it. I will." I waited while looking at the souvenirs, and he called me in about 30 minutes.
