Updated on 2024.1.13 Large serving of tanmen 900 yen Came here for the first time in 3 years🚚 Last time I ate chashu men, I thought it was naughty, but the tan men is Shimodate standard. The flavor of the vegetables was still melting into the soup, and there was no sharpness from the seasonings, and the flavor was so gentle that I couldn't put my finger on it. The noodles made by Morishoken are also a perfect match, and the large portion is also very filling. This may be my favorite among the salty Shimodate tanmen. The set meals are also very generous, making this restaurant seem like a popular restaurant. I'm seriously thinking about what to do next time lol

I had a set meal with fries. As it is a popular restaurant, it quickly fills up at noon. But the rotation rate is good, so it's quick. The store staff are attentive and kind. The food is delicious and I'm very satisfied.

For me, this is the most delicious Shimodate ramen❗️Charshu with chicken skin is the best❗️ This is a hidden gem. Fried rice is also delicious❗️ Miso ramen tastes bad❗️
