Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜たんや 練

Visited on 2023.8.14 This is my first visit. I often eat Utsunomiya's beef tongue at Red Brick and Keyaki, so I came here because I wanted to try that place as well. We have created a set where you can eat three types of beef tongue. The first thing I thought was that the soup and grated yam were delicious😳 This kind of beef tongue restaurant is delicious, but I felt that it was the best among them. As for the beef tongue, it's just as delicious as the others. However, combined with this year's heat, it was too hot inside the store. So there are ⭐️3 services. I can't help it this summer though. I want to go again! The soup and the deliciousness of the grated yam are better than others! !

I used to go to Sendai for beef tongue about twice a year, but that's no longer necessary! There was a nice atmosphere in the store with a calm impression. I went with my family and ordered the 12-slice aged beef tongue set meal. Isn't it the type that has salt mixed in? So it has a plain taste. It was as thick and crisp as the famous Sendai store.

What came out from the atmosphere of this casual restaurant was soft and flavorful beef tongue! It was so thick and voluminous that you could almost call it a steak, and it was very satisfying! The grilled beef tail I ordered on the side had a melty texture. The leftovers are so delicious! I will come again!
