Ramen-dokoro Suzunoya is located in a series of shopping streets. When you park your car in the spacious parking lot and step into the store, you will feel a different taste from ordinary ramen shops. Take off your shoes, put them in the clog box, and enter the store with bare feet to find a key with a small bell. It reminds me of the identity of the store name somewhere... The inside of the store has a sophisticated atmosphere, and it doesn't feel out of place even if it is called a cafe. However, the scent of delicious ramen wafts in the air, reconfirming that this is a ramen restaurant. Suzunoya mainly serves miso and soy sauce ramen. However, I would like to recommend Miso Ramen, which is also shown in the photo. Recently, miso ramen is booming with a somewhat voluminous taste, but the miso ramen here has a gentle taste when you take a sip of the soup. The noodles are just the right thickness, and although they look larger than they look, they go smoothly with chopsticks. And in such a light ramen bowl, the large grilled pork is somewhat reassuring. After you've finished eating, you'll want to go back again after a while.

[Suzunoya vegetable miso ramen] The large and thick char siu (grilled pork) is packed with flavor and is satisfying to eat. The miso soup went well with the seasoned eggs, the stir-fried and fragrant vegetables, and the thin curly noodles, making it quite delicious. I went for a darker shade, but it's the normal shade from other stores. Homemade chili oil with ingredients is fragrant and delicious. Also, since the vegetables are stir-fried, it goes well with rice. [Suzunoya vegetable soy sauce ramen with strong flavor] It's a soy sauce ramen with a very light flavor even though it's strong. Homemade chili oil is more compatible than miso [Yaki pork bowl] The taste is similar to Obihiro's pork bowl, and the wasabi is a nice accent. [Vegetable miso ramen] Miso ramen with plenty of vegetables and almost no chashu is light and delicious. It claims to be a ramen restaurant that is easy for even a single woman to enter, with flavors that cater to female customers. We sell soaked yakisoba takeout during lunch break.

The flavor of the vegetables comes out in the soup and it is slightly sweet and delicious. Strong flavor is recommended👅
