My dad’s favorite place to have Soba, very kind people, good food, great location

It's quite a difficult climb to get to this soba restaurant, but it's a soba restaurant that I'd definitely go back to even after all that trouble. However, the amount of soba is quite small, so next time I might try two pieces of Omori Soba. I would also like to try Kenchin soba during the cold season.

I visited by road bike from Encounter Forest Park (along the Oashi River). When you enter the store, you are greeted with the nostalgic smell and the comfort of an old folk house. The soba noodles were thinly sliced ​​but had a chewy texture, the tempura was crispy, and the deep-fried shrimp from the clear Megumi River were all delicious. The descent down the mountain went by in a flash. I'll come back later!
