first visit I received Nihachi soba and Juwari soba from Oseiro. Both of the soba noodles had a nice aroma and were delicious. The soup is quite thick, so it says to eat it with a little bit of it, but it's not salty and it's delicious. The soba soup was also delicious. I don't usually order tempura, so it's amazing that this restaurant doesn't have tempura, but rather has soba noodles. My partner received a piece of Sarashina 100% soba noodles. It looks like somen noodles and seems good when you want to eat something refreshing. This soba restaurant is run by a woman and is very particular about its soba noodles.It's pretty cheap and amazing. The female staff are also nice.

I visited for the first time after hearing that you can enjoy seasonal soba noodles. There are 8 parking spaces located next to the store and a little further away. Please be careful not to park anywhere other than the designated areas. There are 3 counter seats, 4 tables for 4 people, and 2 tatami tables with sunken kotatsu seats. Apparently there is also a soba making class. There are no rice bowls or tempura on the menu. For those who are unsure whether they want to eat oseiro or seasonal soba, they also have a perfect assortment. This time, we ordered the ``Sakura Kiri/Oseiro Aimori'' for 750 yen and the ``Soba Pudding'' for 300 yen. The soba noodles are thin and very elegant. Apparently they use Sarashina flour, which is considered a high-quality buckwheat flour. Oseiro is captivating with its aroma, texture, and taste. The condiments are green onions and grated radish. Try dipping a little bit of soba into the soup. The slightly pink and transparent Sakura Kiri Soba has cherry blossom leaves kneaded into it, giving it the scent of spring. The moment you put it in your mouth, the scent of cherry blossoms surrounding the sakuramochi spreads out, making it a soba that gives you the taste of spring. Both the oseiro and cherry-cut soba noodles are thin and go down easily, so you can finish them in no time. Soba pudding has two layers. The bottom layer of pudding is made with coarsely ground buckwheat flour, and is not very sweet, while the top layer is made with mizuyokan, which has a strong sweetness, but is not bitter and has an elegant taste. If you like Japanese sweets, please try it. It's so good that you'll want a second helping. It was a blissful moment with delicious soba and sweets. Repeat is confirmed!! ︎ The owner of the restaurant, who serves elegant soba noodles, is a woman.

<Added September 2023> Before I knew it, it had been over two and a half years. I arrived around 11:15, so even though it was a Saturday, I was able to get in right away. We ordered the limited quantities of ``Sarashina Nama Ippon'' and ``Soba Pudding.'' Before long, beautiful soba noodles will be in front of you! The thin, transparent soba noodles are in the clear soup...so much so that you can't even describe it. I feel like I understand a little bit why it's called a "phantom". The soba soup was brought to me almost at the same time as the soba noodles, so I didn't waste any time. The soba pudding had just the right amount of sweetness, and you could taste the soba noodles as well. Those who like sweets should definitely give this a try. Anyway, the work is beautiful. The inside of the store was also very clean, just like the last time I visited. Delicious soba noodles served in a comfortable and clean space. <First post February 2021> As rumored, the soba was delicious! The duck soba soup was crisp and delicious.
