More Comments at Google Map= It's delicious! = I arrived around 11:15 on a weekday and there were 2 groups of 4 people waiting! Depending on the availability of counters in the store, I was allowed to enter before the two people in front of me. I bought a ticket for Ukyo Kanju Miso Grilled Pork Ramen at the ticket office right outside the store and entered the store. After a 15-minute wait, we met for the first time in a while since the store opened in Nodakaya (now Yui-no-Mori), Utsunomiya City. The thick round noodles, the slightly salty but refreshing miso soup, the plenty of vegetables, and the thick and chewy chashu with plenty of presence are all the same as before. It's located between Mobility Resort Motegi and Roadside Station Motegi, so you might want to stop by on your way home after watching the race.
I went back to my hometown for the first time in a while, so I asked Ukyo, who was in Utsunomiya, to Motegi. I ate the umakara miso ramen with 2 spiciness (1 spiciness is normal), but it was just the right amount of spiciness for me, and it was very delicious. Also, the gyoza was much more delicious than a famous gyoza restaurant, and the meat was thick and the amount of chives was just right. However, if there is one thing to keep in mind, perhaps because it is a prefabricated hut with no insulation, it is extremely hot inside the store in the middle of summer, so it might be a good idea to bring a towel and a spare T-shirt. It was still delicious, so I'm satisfied.
It seems like there are a lot of people who don't like it very much, but I'm rooting for it, so I'll add more. I quite like Ukyo, which is located in the thicket of trees in Nokoya, and have been there many times. After it was developed and became known as Yui no Mori, it became so crowded that people stopped visiting. (I think the taste has gone down these days) After that, I heard that his disciple had taken over the noren in Mogi, but I didn't have a chance to visit him. I won't say anything lame like, "It's different from Nokoya's Ukyo!" The owner who makes the product should be the one who knows the difference. So, Ukyo Mogi is a miso ramen that I really like and would definitely stop by when I was nearby, if I had no preconceived notions and compared it to the ``Ukyo of that day'' that had been glorified in my head. Well, maybe it's because I'm older, but I eat a lot of noodles. I would be happy if you could choose to have the same ingredients and a smaller amount of noodles.
