I arrived around 11:50 and ordered the indoor soy sauce ramen and gyoza that the cooler asked for. During that time, I took a look at the interior and found that it had a retro, old-fashioned, somewhat calming atmosphere that I liked. I thought it was cool to see the manager, an aunty, handle the noodles so skillfully. The rice bowl is ready in about 10 minutes. The classic delicious smell of soy sauce ramen is a perfect duet with the gyoza, and the stomach bugs are going crazy. I took a sip of the soup first and it was already delicious. I thought it was a clear flavor that made me want to come back every day. The gyoza is also the best because you can listen to the garlic when you take a bite and eat as many as you like while drinking alcohol. I don't like crowded ramen restaurants, even if they're good, so I love restaurants like Takase-san. Next time I would like to eat something other than ramen.
