Visited with family before noon. I ordered 100 percent soba and chicken tempura for my soba. I used to order 100 percent soba in other prefectures and had a bad impression of it, but the soba here is delicious! The dipping sauce isn't too sweet either, just the way I like it. The soba gaki and soba tofu are also quite filling, so if you want to try both, we recommend the set menu. The parking lot is in front of the store, and although it is gravel, it is large and easy to park. The staff are polite and helpful, making this a highly recommended soba restaurant.

A product of chance. On my way out, I found a soba restaurant near the main road. When I arrived before 12:00, I was able to enter the store, but the parking lot was full and I had to wait a while. After a short wait, I was able to enter the store and be seated. My husband had the soba gozen, and I had Seiro soba and Jakoten. After waiting for a while, it was completed at the same time. The soba noodles had a nice aroma and were chewy and delicious. The tempura is also crispy and delicious. I found this soba restaurant by chance, but it was one I would like to visit again.

At Shoan, a famous restaurant in Kasama, I chose a large serving of 100 percent buckwheat noodles. If you show the tabelog coupon, you can get an additional shrimp tempura. However, when ordering with multiple people, you have to show the screen individually, which is a little wasteful. The essential 100% buckwheat is slightly green, and it will expand your expectations that it is really a new soba. It's a rough soba, and it has the original flavor. As long as I'm happy with the amount of nakanaka. Goes well with crisp tsuyu. It's a lot of tempura, but it's not oily, so the feeling of guilt is weak. If I raise a point to be worried about, I think that the shrimp is a little overcooked. Also, it doesn't come with wasabi. I still think it's a very good menu. The buckwheat noodles ordered separately are a very rare dish with a baked color. The faint flavor and aroma of soba is good, and it is large and satisfying to eat. Each table has a partition.
