More Comments at Google MapPerhaps because I went on a weekend during the fall foliage season, I arrived just after 1:00 p.m., so I barely made it in time as they were about to run out of soba noodles. The thin soba noodles have a clear, sweet and refreshing taste, and have a chewy texture thanks to the addition of just a small amount of wheat. I feel that 840 yen is too cheap for an average serving size. The tempura is mainly made with mushrooms and is very filling. When I ordered it, they added wasabi to it. Please note that it seems to be closed during the winter.
I made a reservation based on a friend's recommendation. Soba is the best. Fresh wasabi is the best. Soba salt is also available. Also, the service provided by the husband and wife is even better. I will definitely repeat it. I ordered a second helping of soba noodles. The wild vegetable tempura is also great. Cod sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, Gyoja garlic, Gassan bamboo shoots, butterbur sprouts, etc. That's excellent.
A soba restaurant that has been run by a married couple for a long time. He loves soba and runs a soba restaurant, so he makes the best soba noodles. It looks like it has been thinned recently, but it is delicious. Tempura also mainly consists of wild vegetables and mushrooms. It was delicious. My husband and I had a lively conversation about Levi's jeans and light cars. I'll visit you again. Until then, please stay well.
