Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Azuma

First time trying Yuba in Nikko, as it is apparently their signature dish. I like tofu, although it is not my all time favorite food, but they did it really well in the Yuba Ramen. The staff was really friendly and the shop was cute as well. I can also recommend the wasabi squid, if you like raw squid and wasabi.

Amazing and affordable food right next to the station and bus stops. A good place to get food when waiting for transit. Loved the fried chicken and they have fruity drinks that are like bubble tea.
