2023.05.27 First visit. I looked at the menu and ordered the ``Nodatean Set (large serving of soba)''. The first thing that came out was ``Sobagaki.'' Surprisingly delicious! After that, soba, rice porridge, tempura, etc. came out. Everything is delicious! What surprised me most was the ``zosui'' When I asked about it, I heard that it was a rice porridge made from buckwheat rice. It was my first time to eat soba rice, and it was surprisingly delicious♬.*゚ The tempura batter is crispy♬.*゚ The dessert manju has a skin made from soba noodles, which is another surprise! The soba soup is also rich and creamy♡ A set of ``soba noodles'' that is irresistible for soba lovers! It is no exaggeration to say that it is ``No. 1 in the Nikko area'' and ``top class in the prefecture'' when it comes to its deliciousness. It was really delicious ♡ Thank you for the meal (-person-)
There is a store in Nikko Suginamiki. The shop is located at the back of a narrow residential area (only one compact car can fit inside), surrounded by trees. There is a parking lot just ahead, so it is safer to park there. They also have 100 percent soba noodles, which are very delicious. The tempura only has vegetables, but all of them are delicious so I recommend them. In April, we had tempura of maitake mushrooms, carrots, eggplants, and cod sprouts. The contents seem to change depending on the season. There are 4 tables that seat 4 people and 3 tatami seats that seat 6 people, but on Saturdays and Sundays, they are usually full as soon as they open at 11am. Also, they don't seem to take reservations on Saturdays and Sundays, so we recommend arriving early. There is also a daily limit for 100% soba, and on the day I visited the store, it was out of stock at 12 noon. When I ordered a menu called stir-fried duck and green onions, what came out was duck meat and green onions simmered in soup stock rather than stir-fried. It was so delicious that I devoured it in no time, but I wondered if I could make duck green onion soba by dipping soba into this soup. So I thought I'd give it a try next time I go.
