More Comments at Google MapReserve the rumored pork steak set meal (also known as Ayers Rock) the day before. *You can choose between set meals and single items. On the day of the event, due to the owner's circumstances, only customers who had reservations were accepted as early as 11:30. I'm glad I called beforehand to confirm (≧∇≦)b Pork steaks take a long time to grill, so advance reservations are required!! be careful. Since it's a pre-order menu, you won't have to wait until you get a huge chunk of meat! Visuals that won't disappoint it's the best. The slowly grilled chunks are soft and juicy, contrary to their appearance, and the sauce is rich and spicy, just what you need to enjoy the chunks of meat. Of course I ate it all. If you can't finish it all, you can take it home. On this day, there was a person who came from Ehime in a camper van (we had made a reservation in advance), and since we were seated next to each other, we got excited talking about meat. Payment is by cash only. Cashless payment is not supported. Parking is available on the premises of the store.
This is a store I've always wanted to go to. As requested, I received the pork cutlet and fried chicken set meal. The tonkatsu is three times the size of normal pork cutlet, but it is lean, soft, and the coating is crispy and very delicious. If you deep fry the chicken, it will be half fried. The juicy meat juices overflow into the crispy skin. My stomach is satisfied. Please note that the parking lot is small and business hours are limited. There is a tatami room inside the store, but there were no chairs for children. Tonkatsu requires 30 minutes to prepare, so we recommend counting backwards from the time you want to eat before coming to the store. I appreciate that you can provide the same service even if you order separately. Next time I want to eat Ayers Rock!
It's been a while since I last visited you. I ordered the tonkatsu set meal, and it was very thick and soft. The pork steak my son ordered was as big as ever, but it felt a little dry.
