On the last day of our trip to Nikko, we had our last meal at Tonkatsu Azuma. I checked with a famous store in Imaichi. I arrived after 12:00 and was lucky enough to get a seat at the counter without waiting. After worrying about fillet cutlet and loin cutlet, I ordered a special loin cutlet. Expectations will increase with the use of Japanese pork Mochibuta 🐖 ♪ It was crowded, so I arrived in 30 minutes. The sauces are dark, medium, Worcestershire, and rock salt. The meat is sweet and juicy. The clothes are thin and thick, good meat. From the middle, with dark sauce. This is also delicious. Very satisfying with indescribable juicy meat❗️ The miso soup and pickles are delicious, and I am very satisfied! ️ It was delicious, thank you for the meal 😋
