There is no English or picture menu so we showed and pointed to photos from Google maps. Owner/chef was very friendly and accommodating. We had cold soba, curry udon and curry soba. Everything was delicious! Our total bill with all that and a side of rice came to 2000 yen. Great deal!

Spicy curry soba noodles! The noodles are thick soba noodles, so they get tangled! What if you don't like spicy food at all? I'm a very spicy person, so it was okay even if it was still spicy. I recommend the chilled tanuki soba with a chaser. I wonder if I eat too much.

I tried the cutlet curry soba. It's a popular shop even though it's a weekday. Please stop by on your way back from visiting Toshogu Shrine. Next time I will try other soba noodles other than curry.
