I've always been curious about the large signboard along the bypass that says Warakukyu, but... I visited here recently, and I was able to enjoy a cheap, voluminous, and delicious lunch at a reasonable price. What I received was a fried chicken set meal. The large, hot, juicy fried chicken is heavily seasoned and goes well with the rice. The other menu items, especially the chicken cutlet, seem to be very filling...By the way, the lunch set meal is 700 yen. A sign inside the store advertised Isshiki eel at a reasonable price these days, which also caught my attention.

On this day, I had the fried oyster set meal from the seasonal menu for ¥900, but you can eat delicious set meals from ¥700. It used to be cheaper, but it's still a bargain at 700 yen for this item. The rice and side dishes are delicious, so I can agree that it is popular with the locals. It seems to be open only for lunch now, next time I want to try fried squid.

At lunchtime, this is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy 5 types of fried chicken and other dishes for the bargain price of 700 yen (tax included). We have added set meals of pork cutlet, ginger pork, and fried oysters. This is 900 yen.
