What an amazing experience. The food was just delicious, the owner made us feel so welcome. There is also a secret to this place the Umeshu (plum wine) is made on site and is the best we ever tasted. The owner needs to sell/export her own umeshu. One piece of advice, please increase the prices, you deserved to be paid fairly for what you serve. I don't mean to say you have to charge a high price but 500 yen for a full plate is too little and makes me feel bad as customer. Please try this place if you are around it is delicious.

When I went to Nikko for a month as a temporary staff, I searched for nearby stores and came across this place. Both the master and the woman were friendly, and their warmth helped me when I was away from my hometown and it was mentally tough☺️ All the meals are exquisite, one coin! Even though I eat a lot, my stomach and heart were satisfied! I ate Yonezawa-style tsukemen, pork belly rice bowl, and jjajangmyeon. Photos are taken before the small bowl arrives, so it comes with a small bowl, miso soup, rice, salad and a drink. I couldn't say goodbye at the end, but I'm happy if this review reaches you! First of all, the price is cheap. It has an impact. It was an exceptional offer price, but everything was delicious and I was surprised. It felt like I was visiting a relative's house as I enjoyed chatting with an elderly lady who was a regular customer.
