In other words, the premise is to put it on a plate and eat it after taking it home, so if you're on the go and eat it as-is, you'll end up eating it in the plastic bag, so be careful. ■Noodles and sauce seasoning The noodles are homemade. The classic style thick noodles are chewy. The sauce had just the right amount of seasoning, not too light and not too sweet. The sauce is slightly sweet without the spiciness of pepper, so even small children can eat it with confidence. When it comes to sauce seasoning, I get the impression that the order is from the thinnest to Ishidaya>Saito>>Basokiya. If you like a strong flavor, you can add the accompanying sauce. ■Ingredients Another feature of this restaurant is that it has a lot of cabbage, which is a vegetable, more than other stores. The meat topping is regular thinly sliced ​​pork belly. The fried egg looked hard-baked, but I was surprised at how soft it was inside. This can be said about all ingredients, but I personally like the ingredients to be seasoned just the right amount so that it doesn't interfere with the flavor of the yakisoba. ■In-store There are 5 table seats. It's not very close, but it's a good distance away. However, I recommend taking out. There is only one staff member, the manager, so during busy lunchtimes, the restaurant is busy with cooking, making it quite difficult to take orders. So you may have to wait quite a while during busy hours. It's most convenient to order takeout over the phone in advance, but sometimes they're too busy to answer the phone after 11am, so it's best to order by phone a little before the store opens at 11am. If you sprinkle the Chuno sauce on top of it... The fragrant aroma fills the air and stimulates your appetite. From there, it's all about gibberish! I devoured it with my greed, no words needed...
