Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Echigoya

It seems to be a long-established local soba restaurant run by a couple. I had the tempura soba, which was like homemade handmade soba and had a firm texture, so I think soba lovers would appreciate it.

I attend once a year. Soba is delicious❗ I eat it both hot and cold. The tempura soba noodles are delicious. The mori udon that my daughter ordered was also delicious. Starting next year, you won't be able to go home without eating three dishes. I wish it was closer, but it takes 2 hours each way on the expressway without traffic jams...

It was a very delicious handmade soba. I would like to ask you again.
