Although the soup is dark in color, it is not salty, and the gentle flavor of the soy sauce and dashi stock will bring back a nostalgic feeling even to those who are trying it for the first time. The price seems to be pocket-friendly compared to the price of ramen these days. It's a small restaurant in the countryside, so we recommend that you respect the local rules and atmosphere when you visit.

I'm sorry if I misunderstood. I feel like I probably ate this on my way home from Nikko about 30 years ago. As soon as I stopped by on my way back from visiting the dam and tried some chashu noodles, I was immediately moved by the nostalgic taste!
