Sweetness all around. The best yakisoba we have had on our journeys in Japan.

Visiting this cozy place and it's lovely owner became one of the highlights of our Nikko trip. One can really say that the Yaki Soba there is made with passion. The place has been in business for 35 years and according to the owner many young people from the area who now work in Tokyo will visit it when they get a chance as it is the soul food for them. You will see the examplar Japanese hospitality there which is much stronger in the country side.

The noodles were delicious and I chatted with the landlady for a long time. It was snowing heavily outside and the room was very warm.
