The customer service attitude is just right, not too hard and not too arrogant. I've visited twice so far, and the menu has changed to some extent. There may or may not be a torikatsu set, a rib roast steak set, The miso-marinated sautéed pork set was limited to 10 meals a day. Other menus may change daily depending on the time of year, day of the week, stock status, etc. ◯Torikatsu set (1,080 yen) Light and not oily, The meat was so fluffy. The texture and taste are at a very high level. ◯Satoyama plate (1,380 yen) It's sautéed pork with no irregularities. This is also a fairly high level. The feel of the meat on your teeth as you chew it rivals that of a high-end restaurant. ◯Yume pork hamburger (1,380 yen) This is divided into likes and dislikes. It's not a ``coarsely ground and juicy hamburger'', but rather a relatively dense and heavy hamburger. I felt that the taste of the sauce didn't really match. Every set comes with an abundance of side dishes such as seasonal grilled vegetables and pickled vegetables. It also comes with rice and soup. The pricing makes it seem like a lot of effort. Overall, we are very particular about ingredients, I felt that everything from management to preparation and cooking was done with great care. There was also a set drink bar (200 yen) and several desserts. I forgot the name, but I got a soft serve ice cream for 280 yen, and I was surprised at how good the taste and aroma was. There are many types of vegetables for the price, and they are all delicious. Another good thing is that they are particular about producing in Tochigi.
