I ordered Juwari soba, but it was sold out 2 out of 4 times. The country soba I ordered instead is also delicious. The noodles are firm and excellent. I was also interested in wasabi rice, so I ordered it. Wasabi rice had bonito and seaweed on the rice, and it seemed to be eaten with soy sauce on wasabi. It was a delicious soba restaurant.
