The ramen is made with bonito stock, hand-made noodles, and the chashu pork is thick and tender, making it very delicious. Both the soy sauce and miso are light. It's been a few years since I started making ramen as a soba restaurant, and every year the ramen has become better and more delicious, just like a year-model system. All of the rice dishes are delicious, but the katsudon is especially delicious with the soup stock unique to soba restaurants. All of the staff are energetic, friendly, quick, and provide good service.

I stopped by on the way to Kinugawa. I didn't expect much, but there were a lot of cars and motorcycles parked in the parking lot. I went in. I ate soba. It was delicious and I left satisfied. The menu was extensive.

A restaurant loved by locals. Both soba and tempura are delicious.
