I found an interesting restaurant that serves soba during the day and teppanyaki at night, so I went there for lunch. The place of the shop is in the back, so I'm a little worried, but there's a proper signboard, so there's no problem. There are two types of seats, counter and sunken kotatsu, and the atmosphere inside the store is calm. There is also a terrace seat, so it seems that you can eat outside during the warm season. The menu was guided by recommendations We ordered Chitake Cream SOBA, Tochigi Wagyu Bolognese SOBA, and Yuba Tempura. Dare to challenge the oddball instead of the royal road 😏 Arrived in about 10 minutes. Both noodles use 100% soba noodles, but they were completely pasta. Flat noodles like fettuccine. I could hardly taste the soba, but the noodles were chewy and very delicious. This is it. Yuba tempura was delicious, but it wasn't a particularly impressive taste. Also, even if you order from this menu, they will serve you Sobayu ☺️ Personally, I like it so I drank it all lol You can use paypay for accounting. I would like to try regular soba noodles for lunch, but I'm very satisfied! Next time I would like to go to the evening session!
