Since I came to Yaita, I ordered ``Takahara Yaita Beef'', so I ordered a rice bowl and rice bowl. The rice is topped with sweetly boiled burdock root, and on top of that is a tender steak. The melting sweet fat of the beef went well with the burdock, and it was surprisingly delicious! Probably the best beef I've ever eaten. The rice bowl is more rare than heavy, and tastes just like top fatty tuna! It is eaten with soy sauce (I don't know what it is, but it's a very rich and delicious sauce). I will definitely stop by when I go to Yaita again.
