Delicious soba! Hand made soba and delicious tempura. Kind owners and and a comfortable restaurant.

Visited for the first time around 12:40 on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, after walking around Ryuokyo. The restaurant has 4 tables for 4 people, 2 tables for 2 people, and 2 tatami mat seats for 4 people. The owner was alone. There are only 5 types on the menu. I ordered the wasabi rice set (1,050 yen). Since there were two other groups entering the restaurant at about the same time as I entered, it took some time for the food to be served, about 15 minutes after ordering. For wasabi rice, sprinkle soy sauce over twice, mix, and evenly mix the wasabi, bonito flakes, and shredded nori seaweed with the rice.The spiciness of the wasabi and the sweetness of the bonito flakes are perfectly delicious. The soba noodles are firm, and the thick soba soup is just right for your sweaty body after a long walk. The pickles had a good salty taste and were delicious. It was a good shop. It was a feast.

I had my favorite soba and tempura bowl and it was very delicious ^_^ The shrimp are big and amazing ^_^ Wasabi rice is irresistibly delicious for people who want a punch to the nose and for wasabi lovers ^_^ The owner also has a nice smile and is a customer-oriented shopkeeper who loves soba noodles ^_^
