The taste of the soup stock is effective and excellent. No matter what I eat, I've never been able to finish a single serving, but for some reason I was able to finish it off. I was healed by the scenery (green mountains) that I could see from inside the store. I also tasted the tanmen that my wife ate, but it was delicious with a vegetable soup. I want to order next time. I'm glad I happened to come across a rural store that seems to have slipped back in time to the Showa era.
