The staff is probably of Brazilian descent. The restaurant is run by a parent and child, and the mother makes the morning soba noodles. It seems like they only grind the amount of buckwheat flour they need from Fukushima. I ordered tempura, and it was a hefty serving of tempura. The soba noodles are thin and handmade and can be eaten normally. The price is average, and the tempura is a bit limited, but I guess it's the limit of how much you can learn on your own.Japanese food has a lot of depth, and the tempura was fried to a crisp, but it didn't feel like the heat had penetrated completely, so it's not a long-established restaurant. So I can't say anything about it, but my parents' house used to be a soba restaurant, so it's a shame, but you can get coffee for free. We're working hard in Japan, so I hope they don't go bankrupt.

We entered Kamimiyori Aquatic Botanical Garden in the morning and ate soba here for lunch. We had excellent wasabi soba and tempura soba. The exquisite wasabi soba is a green soba with the scent of wasabi, and it is truly exquisite. There is also leaf tempura that I don't know what tempura is, and it's delicious. Soba noodles are strong, but they are thin, so they go down your throat the best.

As other reviews say. It is a delicious and relaxing restaurant. Visited on Saturday around 13:00. The store parking lot has space for about 10 cars. I felt that I would have to wait if it was crowded, but fortunately I didn't have to wait and the food was about the same as the previous group, and after waiting about 10 minutes, it came out. Both fried char and tempura were made with good ingredients and were delicious without being oily. The soba was thin and easy to eat. It's not a high-end restaurant, but it's a very satisfying place to stop by for lunch while driving. I want you to do well as long as your physical strength continues.
