Due to the coronavirus pandemic and winter, I didn't come across many places that were open, but I visited for the first time since I saw one open. Although it's in the neighborhood, it's probably the farthest out of Shiobara Onsen. The 100% soba is a little less compared to the country soba, but it's been a long time since I've eaten soba that retains its flavor and goes down smoothly. On a similar note, Ibaraki Top Soba's Kinugawa might be as delicious as Takeyabu.The portions are also similar, and this one has a little more, but one serving is probably not enough. The char tempura was also delicious. I guess the store is a bit lackluster, and when I entered the store, there was no reaction for a while, and even when the cooking timer went off, it kept ringing for more than a minute, which bothered me a little.

2022.9 I received a soba set with rockfish tempura that was sold out! I went there just before noon, so I was lucky enough to be able to eat there. The rock fish tempura is delicious, and the soba noodles are also super delicious! ! When I come to this area again, this is a shop I definitely want to stop by. Thank you for the meal.
