A place I want to stay forever. There used to be Chitake, but I haven't seen it recently. I probably eat cooked rice on holidays and white rice on weekdays. Udon on weekdays is delicious, but soba on weekends is also delicious.

A direct sales shop of a noodle factory. This will be a food corner. It takes a lot of courage to enter during non-meal hours as it is just a factory, but during lunch time it is packed with locals. It was unexpected🙋💦 The taste and price are so good that the place is full. It's a meal ticket system, but the staff will kindly tell you about it. Please come and try it❗

Anyway, the udon noodles themselves are chewy, have a powdery flavor, and are delicious. It has a firm texture, so even a normal serving feels like a lot. I think the taste of the soup depends on the individual, so I think it's best to try the cold soy sauce soup of the zaru udon first. All the staff members were also very nice.
