This soba restaurant is located along a road in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team and is styled like an old folk house. We also have udon noodles. They made Aizu soba very well. It smells (⁠☉⁠｡⁠☉⁠)⁠! Are there 4 tables? It's not wide.

Entered the store as soon as it opened at 11am. I ordered tempura bamboo steamer and vegetable tempura and bamboo steamer. After a while, enjoy the freshly fried tempura with salt. The harshness of the wild vegetables is delicious. Seiro has a strong soba aroma, and the more you chew, the sweeter it gets.

A delicious soba restaurant in Minamiaizu. It is a small soba restaurant run by a couple, but it has an old folk house style and a nice atmosphere. There are 2 tables that can seat 4 people and 1 table that can seat about 6 people. The buckwheat noodles were quite strong, and there was only a new buckwheat season, so the scent of buckwheat was very rich. Soba soup is slightly light and refreshing. This was my favorite because it brings out the flavor of soba. Sobayu is what! ? I went in and came out. I drank only hot water as a test, but it was delicious soba water with a buckwheat flavor! It goes perfectly with the soba soup, and I drank it all up in no time (laughs). The accompanying pickles and fern are also delicious and enhance the taste of soba. Reasonably priced. Seiro is 700 yen and a large serving is 300 yen plus. It is 1000 yen and includes consumption tax. If you want to eat delicious soba at a reasonable price, this is the place to go! I don't recommend it for those who like strong soba soup, but if you want to enjoy the scent of soba, please try it! !
