Each dish is a work of art made with carefully selected ingredients❣ It looked beautiful, and everything was delicious with sauces and seasonings that I had never tasted before. In particular, the oysters for the appetizer were as rich and creamy as the oysters I had eaten in Tohoku, and I was very satisfied. I'm already looking forward to visiting for dinner next time.

I've been there several times for my birthday. Only dinner without using lunch, As you pass through the pitch-black road, you will come upon a lone building that appears to be floating. At first, I was a little worried that the threshold would be high, but it wasn't like that at all. The food is of course very delicious. You can also purchase the tableware they use. The food, service, atmosphere, everything was great. I stopped by for lunch on my wedding anniversary. Oyster jelly, Meishantong ham, fresh Nikko salmon spring rolls (?), foie gras, French toast and figs, Niigata Spanish mackerel and spear squid with butter sauce, roast lamb and French mushrooms, locally grown Strawberry dessert with herbal tea 🫖. All were excellent. When I told him that I didn't like oysters at the time of booking, my wife served me an appetizer of surf clams instead of oysters. The mother of the customer service was also very elegant, and she talked to me happily, and I was able to eat with a very happy feeling. It has just reopened after the end of the corona, and in order to avoid crowds, lunch is limited to 3 groups, and afternoon tea is not available now, but I can't wait for the reopening (as of October 2021).
