手打ちそば (Handmade soba) cut on the spot as you order. Also one of the only places open for dinner outside of the hotels in this ghost town. Got the seasonal tempura soba in April and had なしtempura for the first time (delicious).

The best udon. The noodles were not regular, which means they make the noodle dough by themselves. It was chewy but also soft. Really enjoyed the texture of it. For the soup, it was so savory. It has very deep taste but not greasy. Very fresh and flavorful. . The tempura was refreshing, as this was my first time eating lemon tempura. They cut the lemon into pieces and fried. It was so refreshing. Also as you can see in my photo, they use clean oil. The color of tempura was white. . I really enjoyed this restaurant a lot. If you come to visit Kinugawa Onsen station, you should definitely visit here. . My udon was ¥750, and the tempura was ¥1000. I ate tempura with my boyfriend. Massive amount of tempura. Very reasonable price.
