My favorite restaurant in Utsunomiya!

Soba noodles are chewy, flavorful, and delicious. Not only that, but the contents of the set are very good. I ordered "Soba no Hana Gozen" and added "Yubaburg". First of all, the Hana Gozen consists of mori soba, 3 vegetable tempura dishes, a mini yuba bowl, and a small bowl for 1,000 yen. The vegetable tempura contains shungiku (garland chrysanthemum), giving it a seasonal feel. Enjoy deliciously with matcha salt. Also, the wasabi flavor of the yuba bowl is very good. On the other hand, the yuba burger is a tofu burger with vegetables and yuba, and it was very light and delicious. Overall, I was able to enjoy a delicious soba set at a reasonable price, and I was very satisfied. It seems to be a popular store with a constant stream of customers. The customer service provided by the older staff is also very positive. This is a store I want to visit often.

I went on a Sunday in June 2022 around 12:00. It wasn't long before I wrote my name and entered the store, but as other people have commented, the wait time after entering was certainly long. We were there for about an hour. I had the Mori Soba Mini Tendon Set for 1,480 yen, and the soba noodles were hand-made and had a firm texture, and as someone like me who likes slightly sweet tsuyu, this tsuyu and soba noodles were very delicious. The tempura in the tempura bowl was crispy, the soup and rice went well together, and even the salad was to my liking. I would like to repeat it to avoid waiting time.
