More Comments at Google MapI ordered Tenzaru Soba (bamboo) for 1,600 yen. The soba is medium-thin, inaka soba. It has a firm texture and the soup is refreshing and delicious. The tempura lineup includes kisses, shrimp, carrots, eggplant, pumpkin, kakiage, and sweet potatoes. You can choose between tempura sauce and salt.
I had heard good things about it, but I was finally able to visit it for the first time~♪ It was my first time trying kakiage soba, so I slurped it up at Niha and also had some soba tofu~♪ The Niha has a lot of grains, has a nice aroma, and has a nice texture that goes down the throat. The soup is soaked in plenty and has just the right thickness.I thought, Wow, this is a delicious soba.♪ The kakiage is fluffy and delicious, and the soba-yu is thick and delicious, and I drank it completely. It was delicious~♪ Thank you for the meal~♪ Safe driving is a must as it runs on mountain roads to the shop. There are about 6 parking lots in front of the shop.
A delicious soba restaurant nestled in the countryside. The soba noodles had a deep flavor and texture, and the tempura was a little soggy, but tolerable. The fried egg was also delicious.
