I heard that you can eat Tartary soba, so I tried it. Among the various menus, I chose duck soup tartary soba and maitake mushroom tempura❗️ The buckwheat tea served while waiting is really delicious 😋 Duck meat with plenty of duck soup and maitake mushrooms are included, and the compatibility with soba is outstanding! ️ Maitake mushroom tempura is full of volume 💯 Next time I will eat a galette.

= Dattan tempura! ! ! = On my way back from shopping in Yaita, I was looking for a map when she suddenly appeared. They say that the Dattan soba and tempura are delicious, so you have no choice but to go to the "Dattan Tenmori Soba"! The first tea that comes out is Dattan soba tea. The soba noodles have a chewy texture, making it more like chewing than slurping. The tempura is extravagantly large and crisply fried. It goes well with the slightly strong-flavored tempura sauce. The desserts seem to be delicious as well, so let's look forward to the next time.

First visit on February 26, 2022 The inside of the shop was very stylish. I want to feel that the table and utensils are unique, and that they enhance the delicious soba noodles. The owner was friendly and the shop was comfortable. For those who like coffee, the sweets in the coffee set are also good as an after-meal dessert. The taste of the dipping sauce of duck soup dattan soba was also delicious. It is a shop I want to visit again. Next time I would like to try the delicious shrimp tempura.
