Good homemade noodles! I went with the udon and it was exactly what I was looking for for cold noodles. It's a nice locally owned place.

I had Ujiie udon, which I had been interested in since before the TV broadcast, as a half-grilled meat and half-rice set. Surprised by the wide and chewy udon! The udon was delicious, and the yakiniku was delicious with a sweet sauce.

I ordered a "deal set meal 1100 yen". I had a set of "Katsuyama Ramen" with "Half Motsuni", "Half Rice", "Yakko" and "Konbu no Tsukudani". Is "Katsuyama Ramen" handmade noodles? Light soy sauce flavored soup. The ingredients are Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, chicken, green onions, and cabbage. The ramen was hot and delicious with plenty of vegetables. “Hanmotsuni” is a soft offal stew made with green onion bean sprouts and onion tofu. It's a delicious simmered motsu until the soup.
