More Comments at Google MapVisited around 10:45 on August 6, 2023. The store opened at 11:00, but it opened early, so there were already two people in the store. There are 2 parking lots on the side of the road, and 2 or 3 in the back of the store. Ordered Hikari Special 1300 yen and arrived in about 10 minutes. Soba noodles for water and soba noodles for salt were the way to eat soba noodles. You can eat two types of soba: Nikko soba and Bato soba. Of course it's delicious to eat it as it is, but the grated daikon radish is really delicious and it's really delicious if you dip it together. I also like this way of eating. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
The interior of the restaurant is small with 3 counter seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and 2 tables for 2 people. By the time it opened at 11am, it was already full. The limited 4-meal Hikari Special is sold out. So this time I ordered the "Mekabu Soba Large Size". The two types of soba are 100 percent soba from Nikko and Bato. The soba noodles are flavorful, chewy, and go down well. This is the most delicious soba. This is a restaurant for soba connoisseurs who love soba.
2023/05/04 11:30 I was passing by and it was around noon so I went in. I ordered Chitake soba for ¥1200 for a large serving for ¥300. If you make a large serving, you can enjoy two types of soba: ``Bato-grown'' and ``Takanezawa-grown.'' Both have a wonderful aroma and feel great down the throat. It was very delicious. "Chitake" is a mushroom eaten in Tochigi, and it is stir-fried in oil and used as an ingredient in mentsuyu, and the mushroom aroma and sweet-saltness are exquisite, which is also very special. Delicious. It is delicious when eaten with wasabi on chopsticks. But when the soba noodles are delicious, it's a waste to dip them in the soup and end up eating them just with the noodles. Although they only serve 30 meals a day, I would like to come back to try other menu items.
