I had treated soba noodles to people in this area a long time ago, and I knew that the buckwheat flour from this area was good. I had it with Mori Soba's countryside and Takabayashi. Both were extremely delicious. The soba has a nice aroma and the soup is just right, so you can see why it's popular. My partner had the winter-only kamo soba, which comes with a soba dessert. The soba noodles are delicious, so the regular soup would have been better. The soba noodles are ground in a stone mill and made into soba noodles in a separate building on the premises. The staff were also lively and polite.
