More Comments at Google Map2023.10.7 First visit A soba restaurant in a lovely old folk house. I ate soba noodles with vegetable tempura! Turnip tempura was super delicious ✨ It was quite a volume. If I go to the Shiobara area, I'd like to stop by again ☺ The parking lot 🅿 is spacious and easy to use.
23/11 The season for new soba has arrived again this year. Since I ate here at the Shinsoba Festival last year, I was looking for a chance to try it again this year. When I came here last week, it wasn't there, so I came today and bingo! It was around 1:30pm on a Sunday, but the atmosphere was the same as last year. There were a few customers, but the tables outside were empty. Although the temperature was chilly (about 8℃) this time, I bought tickets for cold soba (500 yen) and kakiage (kakiage) (200 yen). Chat with the lady at the shop and tell her that you came last year too! A delicious visual. We immediately grabbed a table outside and ate some food. The soba noodles are a little chewy and uneven, but delicious. The soba soup is not too spicy and is just right. Kakiage is good if you make it ahead of time. Maybe onions and carrots. Wow, it was delicious. Since it was cold, there were many orders for warm soba noodles. I also had some room in my stomach so I wanted to have hot soba noodles, but I was careful not to eat too much. Thank you for the meal. I'm also looking forward to next year! 22/11 I'm not really hungry for some reason, but I want to eat some food. I was looking for Chinese ramen in town, but couldn't find a restaurant that matched my mood today. Lunch refugee. When I stopped by the roadside station in Shiobara, there was an event going on, but there was nothing I wanted to eat. The soba restaurant across the street is holding a new soba festival! I have to stop by for this. There is a tent outside the shop where we serve food. Soba can be served hot or cold. It's chilly, but I choose cold. Tempura was also 200 yen, so I bought it. The cold soba noodles are called zaru soba on the signboard, but they don't have seaweed, so it's mori soba. For the tempura, I had a choice between fried kakiage and fried chikuwa, so I went with fried Isobe. After receiving the soba noodles, there were chairs on the veranda of the restaurant, so we used the veranda as a table and had lunch. The soba noodles were already boiled and then drained, so they weren't made fresh. The noodles are thin but not uniform. I don't know if it's because the soba is new or because of the skill of this restaurant, but the soba is delicious. The soba soup has a slightly sweet impression. My favorite fried chikuwa isobe, and it's delicious even though it's made in advance. It's a complete meal in no time. It was delicious and had just the right amount for my stomach. I like soba, but it seems expensive compared to ramen, so I can't develop new customers. I got a good impression from the New Soba Festival, so I wanted to try it at the restaurant. Maybe, but I feel like this is a good store that won't disappoint. I want to come back and check it out!
Delicious soba with a nice texture. Tempura made with locally grown vegetables and grated radish are also delicious. I was warmed by the atmosphere of the store and the staff's response.
