Nasukarasuyama, Tochigi, Japan｜Soba-dokoro Saya

I visited for the first time after hearing the rumors ~♪ I ordered the vegetable tempura mori ~♪ Wow! It's a hefty serving of Mt. Fuji♪ The soba noodles are about to spill over (lol) The soba noodles are rustic country soba noodles cut into small pieces, and although the aroma is weak, it's a delicious soba dish that you can enjoy with its watery flavor and texture that goes down your throat. The dipping sauce was neither too thick nor too thin, and was very delicious~♪The tempura had a simple taste, and although it was vegetable-based, the squid and chikuwa were also crispy and delicious, and the warm dipping sauce was great~♪Thank you for the meal. ～♪ The parking lot can accommodate about 8 cars. The entrance from the street is difficult to find, so if you're coming from the Utsunomiya direction, the entrance is in front of the fire brigade building. The parking lot isn't that big, so safety comes first, so you have to compromise.♪ I arrived at the opening time on Sunday, but the place was already full. You tell your number of people and wait to be guided, while your order is also taken. You pay in cash on the way home. It was a very simple, warm and delicious soba restaurant run by a family.

The soba noodles at Nihachi are firm and have a great flavor. The soup was flavored with bonito stock and was to my liking. There was a heaping amount of tempura, lots of vegetables, and it was a relatively light meal. On the way home, I said to the owner, ``It was really delicious.'' He responded with a smile, ``Well, I'm not used to being praised.'' (He seemed really embarrassed) It takes time because it is made after receiving an order, but the taste is definitely high quality❕

We arrived at 12:30 on Sunday, Oct 11, 2020. The parking lot was almost full, and there were about 6 customers in line. By the time we were waiting, everyone had just finished eating the soba~ ♪ Aiming for this restaurant from Yokohama I'm glad I went and ate there. The size of the soba noodles is the same as a large portion at a regular restaurant. There was a wide variety of tempura, and it was a very satisfying lunch on the way. As I was the last customer, the owner greeted me in a friendly manner while cleaning up, and I felt the warmth of the people of Tochigi Prefecture. It's great to see all the women doing their best to take care of their customers. This is also a soba restaurant that I would like to go to someday. It was delicious.
