★Authorized by one of the 100 famous Masunosuke restaurants★ I don't want to tell you, Makunouchi was meticulously handcrafted by a Japanese chef who is particular about Japanese cuisine. There are no pre-prepared items from yesterday, and they are highly fresh items prepared from the morning. I can't believe this dish is 900 yen including tax. They probably don't want to make a profit at noon. As expected, I want to go at night!

Apparently recommended, Tentama udon for 710 yen for medium size. The udon is handmade Ujiie udon using local Iwainodaichi flour. They range from very thick to thin, and the uneven hardness is fun 🥳 The tempura balls are made with kakiage egg and are very filling 😋 Even with the extra 50 yen for medium size, it was more than enough. This is a reasonable and conscientious store. The daily lunch seems to be popular. Parking is on the gravel lot on the north side of the store.

I came here for the first time in several decades. Order Makunouchi bento The many small bowls and white rice on the tray were all delicious. The customer service lady was very helpful and I think I will come again.
