More Comments at Google MapArrived after 1pm on a weekday. Park your car in the parking lot (4-5 spaces are OK) next to the store at the end of the T-junction. I immediately went to the table and ordered the recommended ``chilled tempura mix'' (a combination of soba and udon) from the menu posted on the wall. ``Chilled tempura soba/udon'' is not a set of tempura and assorted soba noodles as you might imagine. It is a B-class gourmet dish that is served with soba/udon served in a bowl and tempura pre-soaked in warm dipping sauce. It is a B-grade gourmet dish that has come to be called ``hiyashi'' (hiyashi), an acronym for ``dip''. . A mix is a combination of soba and udon. The soba has a rustic soba feel, which I like. The noodles are not thin and evenly cut. The udon noodles are wide, about 15 centimeters long, and thick. The type that you chew in your mouth. The texture is not mushy, but it goes down the throat just right, and the tempura's oil and bonito flakes mix well, making it absolutely delicious! A regular serving costs 700 yen, but a large serving costs 100 yen more. Even average food is enough to fill your stomach. There is no shortage of customers, and most of them order ``chilled tempura soba/udon''. You have to be careful when coming and going by car, but this is a restaurant that you'll want to stop by again when you're in the area.
I've been going for the past half a year, and I'm getting hitashi type in the northern part of the prefecture. The dashi-rich soup whets the appetite, and today I had a large mix. It's a stable deliciousness, irresistible!
Mixed average 650 yen If you come after a long time, the young one is in the kitchen. Is it the second generation? No, the third generation? The hitashi here is average, and the udon noodles are extra thick. Sprinkle plenty of oyster sauce and eat it with noodles while crumbling the kakiage. After all, it was delicious👍 I mixed it with soba hot water and drank the soup, and I was full😋 Among the restaurants in the northern part of the prefecture that serve soul food "Hitashi", I recommend this restaurant for its cheap, delicious, and fast food.
