I came here for the first time after seeing it introduced on monmiya. Since it was the first Saturday since it was posted, I arrived about 15 minutes before opening, thinking it would be crowded, but I was the second in line. If you write your name on the reception form and wait, your name will be called as soon as the restaurant opens, and you will be guided to your seat after purchasing a meal ticket. All the staff members are kind and efficient. I ordered a large serving of zaru soba and a full set. The soba noodles are thin with sharp edges, and the soup is sweet! It's my taste. The tempura is also crispy and has the sweetness of onions. The cooked rice is also well seasoned. It would be rude to say anything other than that, but the almond tofu was very delicious! I'm not a big eater, but the large serving of soba was just right. The soba noodles were so delicious that I think I could have eaten them in a special portion. Did you like the curry? I'll look forward to it next time. There were several people who ordered mori soba and curry, so I guess this is also a good thing. I thought.

I ordered a full set and raccoon soba. The soba was dark and had a soy sauce-based soup-like taste with a slightly sweet aftertaste. The kakiage was well-fried in a round shape, and when I chewed it, the sweetness of the onion and carrot came out and it was crispy and delicious. The cooked rice contained hijiki and the seasoning was just right for me. The inside of the shop is a shop where tables are prepared in the tatami room of an old folk house. It was an old farmer's house, so it was a very friendly shop. The customer service was also very polite. However, I want to drink hot soba soup, but I don't have lotus root, so I would appreciate it if you could add it.

I was finally able to go 😄 It was chilly weather, so I had warm tempura soba and mixed rice. After ordering, the food came out without a long wait. The soba was thin and cheap to eat, and the amount of soup was just right, which I liked. The kakiage tempura was not oily and was plump and delicious. The amount of rice cooked with hijiki was just right. At the end, I enjoyed the delicious soup left over from the sobayu. Thanks to you, my body warmed up 😊 It was a store that used a general house, and it was a format to eat in tatami mats. There was a nostalgic SONY CRT TV, and it had a taste. The staff was also bright and the soba restaurant had a good atmosphere 👍🏼
