I couldn't go there very often due to the coronavirus pandemic, so I went with a friend for the first time in a while. At the time of my reservation, only the counter was available, so I ate at the counter this time. We drank wine and various types of sake. The fried sweet potato was the first thing that impressed me last time, so I ordered it first. The yuzu pepper worked well and it was delicious. There are many menu items you won't find anywhere else, and the dishes are creative and made with fresh ingredients. Iburigakko potato salad, rose chirashi, cream cheese and Iburigakko, Akita prefecture's famous Iburigakko was used in many dishes. Cream cheese was also often on the menu. I only used cream cheese when baking cheesecakes, so I was impressed by the variety of dishes I made with it. At first it was quiet with just the two of us, but as more groups came, it became lively. It has a stylish interior, creative cuisine, and drinks, so it would be great if it was quieter. The owner was also friendly and charming.

Unlike the exterior, the interior has a stylish atmosphere. The deep-fried tilefish, which was on the recommended menu, was crispy, fluffy and delicious. The core ball roast beef was also voluminous and delicious. There was a lot of alcohol, especially Japanese sake and whiskey, and my partner who went with me was happy.
