Nasushiobara, Tochigi, Japan｜Asahiya

Visited around 13:00 on December 16, 2022. The first tanmen specialty store in my history. I ate egg ankake vegetable tanmen. The umami of the vegetables melts into the soup and has a gentle taste. The compatibility between the soup and the noodles was excellent. It was a confirmed repeat shop. I'm happy to serve black oolong tea! Not only the taste, but also the polite language of the employees and the shiny inside of the kitchen made it even better. I was very satisfied, thank you for the meal.

I love Marutakaya and have been there many times, but this was my first time visiting this affiliated store. Since it was my first time, I ordered Tochigi Tanmen. The result was very correct! It was light, but very delicious. Next time I will order a different menu. The flavor of the grilled meat bowl was a little different from my taste. I prefer something a little sweeter⭐︎

I had Tochigi tanmen with a light salty flavor, rich tanmen with a rich flavor, and gyoza. It's very delicious. The popular restaurant was full of seats. 2/2 I got Taiwan Tanmen. I got shrimp salt tanmen. This is a limited menu until 4/26. It was delicious 😋🍴💕 I had the chilled Chinese food on the 7/28 summer menu. Limited to 8/31. The cashew nut topping is fragrant and delicious 😋🍴💕
