I got there before they opened at 11:30. If you sign your name on the order table and buy a meal ticket, you can wait in the car, so you don't have to worry about heat or cold. I had the chicken broth soy sauce ramen. When it came out, I thought it had a strong smell of chicken fat, but when I took a sip of the soup, I was surprised at how rich it was. The noodles were thin noodles, which I also liked. The black ramen my friend ordered had a addictive scent of burnt oil. It seems that the shop was originally a soba restaurant, and there was a place where it was a soba-making room with a Japanese-style structure. The cleaning is perfect and clean. I would like to go again.

2023.10.24 Although I had known about this restaurant for a while, I had never been interested in fish and shellfish ramen, so I never visited, but I came here to refresh my palate from the fish and shellfish ramen I had eaten with my friends for lunch the day before. First time visiting this location. I received a large serving of black tsukemen. The chewy medium-thick noodles and the soup intertwined well and were delicious. (I'm full😁) It can't be helped since it's a one-time operation, but I felt the wait time was a little long, so I gave it a minus 1 in the service category. Other than that I think it's perfect.

Large serving of chicken and lemon ramen. I went there around 12:00 on weekdays, but it was empty. There were two table seats in the store, and the rest were counter seats. The atmosphere was very nice and calm, and the clerk was talking to the regulars, but I didn't think it was unfriendly. The ramen had a refreshing sourness of lemon and was a delicious taste perfect for summer. I would like to try the black ramen next time.
