Soba has a dark color like inaka soba, but is characterized by thin noodles. The soup is sweet even with the bonito. The tofu on the side is also delicious. The seat next to me was eating oshiruko, so I got some more after the meal.

Handmade tofu. The flavor of the beans permeates through even without adding anything. The feel and thinness of the soba grains and the aroma that wafted through my throat and through my nose made it slippery.
