It is a shop with a quiet appearance that is set up a little from the prefectural road. When I went a little before 11:30 before the store opened, a wooden numbered ticket was distributed and I made a reservation for 12:45. The time was slightly around the corner, so if you go early, you will be guided as soon as possible. There are about 4 to 5 tables, so I agree with the numbered ticket. The menu is simple, I ordered highland vegetable soba and dessert. With plenty of shredded vegetables and sweet and spicy kinpira burdock on top, soba noodles don't appear often 🤣I was surprised at the special dish! From the entrance to the room, to the view from the window, I could feel the attention to detail in the way I looked everywhere. At first, I had the impression that the threshold was high, but the proprietress was very funny and made me feel at ease. Thank you for the meal.

The atmosphere, taste, and by far the most delicious! There were three types of tempura: spring vegetables and soup. There are also other flavors such as salt and Japanese pepper, so you can enjoy it in a variety of flavors. The customer service from the staff was also good. It's like a hideaway and there's a shop in the back. Repeat confirmed!

Visited at 13:30. The shop is surrounded by nature, and the fresh greenery looks great in May. The inside of the store had a calming atmosphere, like coming to a temple. There are only a few seats inside, so it might be a good idea to arrive early. I ordered tempura soba (1500 yen). Soba is thin noodles and the portion is small, but you can eat soba in 7 different ways. The soba-yu is also creamy and perfect for those who like soba-yu. The proprietress' explanations are thorough and considerate, so I think it's worth visiting again.
